During the early access phase, we collect only:

  • Email address when you submit the early access sign-up form
  • Role and seniority optionally, if you fill in the extended request access form
  • Country detected automatically to display relevant content (stored in a cookie)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Add you to our early access waiting list
  • Send you updates about the Anything.me platform launch
  • Analyze website usage to improve the Service (only with your consent)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

  • Email and form data: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) you actively submit the form
  • Analytics cookies: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) you accept via the cookie consent banner
  • Country detection cookie: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to display relevant content

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • cookie_consent stores your cookie preference (1 year, essential no consent required)
  • NEXT_COUNTRY stores detected country (session, essential no consent required)
  • PostHog cookies analytics: page views, sessions (up to 1 year, requires consent)
  • Ahrefs analytics SEO analytics (session, requires consent)

Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the cookie consent banner. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.

6. Third Parties

We share data with the following service providers:

  • PostHog analytics, EU, anonymized usage data
  • Ahrefs SEO analytics, EU, page view data

No data is shared with advertising networks or data brokers.

Your data is stored and processed within the EU.

  • Email and form data: Until you request removal, or until the early access period ends and the platform launches (at which point you will be asked for renewed consent)
  • Analytics data: Up to 12 months

  • Rectify inaccurate data (Article 16)
  • Erase your data "right to be forgotten" (Article 17)

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.
