1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anything.me website ("Service"), operated by Alex Popek ("we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.

By accessing the Service or submitting your email address, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Service Description

Anything.me is currently in early access. The Service is a landing page that allows you to:

  • Learn about the upcoming Anything.me job matching platform
  • Submit your email address to join our early access waiting list
  • Receive updates about the platform launch

The Service does not currently offer account creation, job matching, payments, or any other product features. These will be introduced in future versions and will be governed by updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service and submit your email address.

4. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of Alex Popek or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will launch on any specific date or with any specific features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.

Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland, without prejudice to the right of EU consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
